Health is the most important thing that we should look after in our lives. However sometimes, other things in life can take over and we may not realise how to deal with mental health for ourselves, or others around us.  People of any age, race, gender and background can be affected with mental health, and with many different forms and extreme’s it is sometimes disregarded by society, being misunderstood. At times it is a hard health issue to seek help and recognition for.  This short documentary has been created to help raise awareness to mental health and encourage those to seek the help that is deserved.
