Blue in the Green
Blue in the Green is a short silent film, which explores the possible future outcomes of our World due to technological impact and changes. It expresses environmental, social and moral concerns and looks at technological capabilities and the dire consequences of technologies such as nano-chips existing. The soundtrack will take audiences on an emotional rollercoaster and the visual anomalies takes audiences on a journey down the rabbit hole into a possible dark future under technological oppression. The film does not openly critique technology but aims to provoke thought and stir emotion. Does the problem lie with the technology itself or the people behind the technology? Technology is rapidly advancing and will affect the way we live our everyday lives and our understanding of the world we live in as well as our own existence. Blue in the Green was created using a mixture of shot footage, pre-existing film footage, animation and art to create a narrative.
